Placing an order with Acme Hair is easy. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search box is located on every page of our website. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including availability, colors, size and other information.
If you want to order an item from Acme Hair, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking at the top of every page of our website.
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items" section of your basket, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
Enter your e-mail address. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Indicate that you are a new customer. Fill in the password field and click the "Sign in" button. If a new customer, please fill in the form of “Create New Account.”
Tell us where you would like your order delivered. It is recommended that you include a phone number that you can be contacted on, as part of your delivery address. This will ensure that if there is any issue with the delivery, the Carrier will be able to contact you.
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a delivery method. It's possible to request a specific carrier. We will estimate dispatch dates for you on the order form, just before you submit your order. You will see estimated dispatch and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order. The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept all kind of credit cards through PayPal, and other ways of payment like Western Union, Money Gram, and Bank Transfers are accepted too. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, you should use your PayPal account.
