I re-ordered the hair from you all and after a number of attempts you all did not notify me if a refund was issued. Luckily customer service informed me that a refund was issued. once I re-ordered with correct shipping address you all still put in the incorrect address having me to contact UPS and fix the mistake before items were sent back to you all.

This is my 2nd time ordering hair from this vendor and I really have no complaints! The hair is soft, bundles are full, and there's BARELY any shedding or tangling. I tried & different wave & bought the loose wave hair, I love it. I'll continue ordering from them in the future but I hope they bring back bundle deals!

I purchased a 10 inch closure and I have to start by saying, it's absolutely gorgeous. It came within 3 days by ups and the packaging was amazing. I love the feel of the hair so much. No shedding, no bad split ends and no greys. The closure came in a wonderful net within the plastic bag, and the quality was out of this world. It feels extremely soft and natural. I will 100% buy again, never tried anything better

It took less then a week for it to come in the hair is so soft, silky, and smooth! I did a couple of test runs with it from finger coming and to pulling down on it and no strands came out. The hair also have a stale smell, which is good in this case. I absolutely love this hair and i havent even put it in yet!!! I'll rate it a five star once I have installed the hair and send pictures!

I really like the hair. So soft and straight, like damn!!! Hahaha all the hair are in the same directions that how straight it is. And so full. I'm a skeptic person so trust me when I'm saying it's good hair !!
